i dont know why hecarim is d tier, ive played so many arena games on him and won at least a third of them just because you can kill people in literally 1 second if you scale him right. his weakness is cc obviously which is why going for tanky builds on him doesnt always work and the games i win are usually when i either go full lethality with duskblade or i take kinkou. its interesting that you went with tanky items like frozen heart, i guess with a yuumi then its good because it just makes you unkillable.
