I recently traded in my 2019 Yaris for a 2023 corolla SE with all of these features. I cannot complement Toyota enough on these features, and on the overall quality of the Corolla, I just purchased! I am a lifelong Toyota driver dating all the way back to the 1980s.

My next car in about 10 years will be a Toyota. I spent $62k on my Tesla back in 2018 but can get almost the same tech in a $30k Toyota.

Love the video but the background music is very intrusive. As an older person with some hearing loss, it is difficult to concentrate on the dialog.

I drive for a living and my work purchased several 2022 Siannas a couple years ago. Since the majority of my driving is on the highway, I instantly fell in love with the adaptive cruise control and use it every day.

About a month ago, my 2012 Prius C finally got to the point were I needed a new car. I walked into the Toyota dealership hoping to get something that at least had adaptive cruise control. 4 hours later I walked out with a 2024 Prius Prime SE! While I still love driving my work vehicle, the safety features on my Prius Prime are leaps and bounds above my company's Sianna! I've never loved driving as much as I do now! Yes, the system beeps at me a lot, which took some getting used to, but it's absolutely worth it!

I have a 2023 Prius with the 3.0 and it does much more than my 2019 Highlander does with the 2.0. I keep all the features turned on but don't rely/relax with them on. They are there in case I miss something that the car doesn't. The one thing I really like is the car detecting a vehicle slowing or stopping ahead. The 2.0 did that if you had dynamic cruise control on but did not do it if you were just driving.

Just got my 2023 corolla. I rented a 2022 corolla last year and this 2023 TSS 3.0 is MUCH MUCH better. It does an excellent job keeping the car centered in the lane. I test drove many cars while buying the corolla and this 2023 corolla lane assist is the best.

I love my 3.0!! Especially on. Curvy roads, it handled it perfectly the other day. In fact the lane trace assist is also so perfectly fine tuned it thinks my hand have left the wheel for too long and alerts me to put them back on😂. It’s that good that I don’t have to interact that much.!

Amazing technology I admire driving my Corolla hatchback! Love how we have it but don't rely on it too much. Safety starts with you, the driver, on the road and these are good backup measures to have 👍

Pretty useful and unobtrusive suite of safety features. All of them work as advertised. LDA can be weird when the road lines aren't great or are weird. A construction zone with temporary lane closure and you need to drive over lines diagonally etc. You can disable a lot of them but I keep them all on as really it's a nice redundancy in case you don't see a pedestrian or a something in the road. Sometimes LDA is a bit much and I turn it off. If you are totally focused you would never activate these features, however, it could be a real benefit to avoid a collision. I'd say it's a good value and works well.

Honestly these features should be highlighted more. I like all of these features in my Corolla GR especially on long drives 👌🏾

I have been enjoying the GR Corolla, thank you for making these features standard on such an amazing car! 🎉

We love Toyota! Our family has a 2002 Tundra, 2016 Prius, 2022 Tacoma, and 2024 Highlander.

Can the TSS 2.0 be upgraded to the 3.0?

RSA needs an update. I live in Southern California and it keeps showing the speed limit set to 55 MPH [for semi trucks or towing] where it is actually 65-70 MPH [for all other traffic]. So I had to disable it because it keeps telling my that I'm speeding when that particular speed limit sign does not apply to my vehicle, or most vehicles for that matter.

After going from a car built 10 years ago (2014 Scion) to a vehicle with TSS 3.0 - its lightyears ahead. The car basically drives itself, similiar to Teslas autopilot if you have ever driven one, this car will cruise down the highway matching speeds accordingly well keeping you centred in your lane. The best feature I'd say is well in stop and go traffic, TSS 3.0 will trail the car ahead and come to a full complete stop, if you sit there for more than 3 seconds you just give it a nudge on the accelator to wake the vehicle up and off it goes; I do not see any need for traffic jam assit unless you're constantly in stopped traffic and pressing the accelator every 3 seconds could become a nuisance but aslong as you're moving at a slow pace the car will trail along. The majority of my driving is all highway and it makes the drive much more relaxed drive. Also you don't need to enable it everytime, aslong as it fits the right conditions (Marked out lines, speed of 30km/h or more etc.).

The one that keeps me in the lane is very handy as I tend to get sleepy since I turned 95 and fall asleep.

will these features come on the new prius prime?

A few years ago, Toyota made a facility in Japan to upgrade TSS in older cars. With how fast cameras and software are improving these days, is there any plan to bring this service worldwide?

does it slow down the car during curves when using dynamic cruise control? That's my biggest issue with the 2.0 version. If i set my speed to 100kph, it will keep 100kph even during corners.

Quick question on 1:04, improved intersection support: Will the system brake for you or only give you a warning?
