Usually, any thought that starts with "what if" is not going to help you. And I do it when my anxiety symptoms are worse, making them even stronger. It is a cycle. 😢

Well yesterday I was so looking forward to adding another lap. Years ago I used to run 10 miles three times a week and I loved it! So I did my fifth lap! towards the end of the night my feet, legs and knees got numb! What a fun time but thanks to your daily videos, I just rolled with punches, but I made it through. Thank you again! You are truly awesome!

My life has been what if for omg probably 40 yrs. And what if a car accident, what if…. Anything. So since only found you 2 days ago, still really trying to figure all this! But oh to be rid of that what if be fantastic. Thanks this helps. I just have to go find how to start all this. Thanks again Dan!

Yes this is the biggest obstacle to me the fear of all things future with too much pain- haven’t even scheduled much in almost 3 years because of it. Working on it.

I have a different though. Workout what is the worse that could happen THEN have a strategy to cope with, what is now, plan B. Then go for plan A. Airline pilots😢 have one or two other carefully calculated alternative airports to land at.

How do you predict you will be ok when my situation with pain is always there and always worse when I try to travel or go to an event, can it really be better just because I think it will .
