You don't need so many libraries. You just need 2. One for movies and one for tv shows. You can make then collections which will be a seperata tab. Very cool.

I have my Plex Server setup on my Synology NAS and is had a 2gb ram with an added 8gb ram stick for a total of 10gb of ram and 8tb of storage on 2 hard drives in my duel bay Synology NAS

can you go over adding plugins? i have installed them correctly but i am not seeing the channels i added anywhere.

I would say using a lot of folders is not worth the effort. The Plex metadata already contains the categories of your media. It allows you to sort by category in the app.

love the show wanted to get your opinion on a gpu I do not game on pc but game on Ps5 I have a plex sever running on one of my computers wth i5 12600k with MSI pro B760m-a looking for a gpu to do hardware transcoding and for future if I change and try pc gaming what would you recommend and I am in Canada

i use plex inside openvault but my movies and tvshows are on old zyzel and synology nas how can i add then inside plex do you know that?

Thank you for the info. For those of us watching on smaller screens it was hard to make out the numbers under your IP address which you said to copy yours. Can you add them to the Descrition box perhaps?

Great video. I have been using Plex for several years on my home PC without really understanding it. I recently have a problem that I can not solve. In the past I have been able to watch movies from my main library on my PC and my Samsung TV or Samsung smartphone which are both on the same home network as my PC. Recently, however, I am not able to access Plex on either the TV or phone. I'm not really sure where to start.
