Oh yeah damn I remember this. I remember it being marketed as basically a real souped up PlayStation 2 that had DVR capabilities and such. It was only released in Japan I think and I remember back then back like in 2002 I think they wanted like around $400 for this... Which is probably why a Sony decided to only release in Japan.

I am so sorry to tell you this but this console is not legend or anything I will tell you the reason this console is PS 2 and video recorder it was very expensive at this time so no anyone in Japan buy it and also video recorder in this time were very cheap so you don't need to buy PS 2 and video recorder in the same time you can buy a PS2 and buy video recorder together they will be very cheap than PS X 🤦😞
