The Justice Department is set to announce a new lawsuit against Ticketmaster’s owner. NBC News’ Christine Romans has the latest details. Also, Sen. Tickets go on sale and within 3 min., there are no seats left. That's 72, 500 tickets immediately sold. Then they show up on resale sites 1 min. later at 5x the price. The whole thing stinks.
