Nice tie. I have been tying a Red Dart jig streamer for the last year and it works great, especially during runoff periods when the water has a little color.

Don't you need to tie the white biot on the otherside of the hook? The jig flies are usually tied different from a normal fly isn't it.

To make your life a bit easier, fellow tyer, you can put a very small amount of super glue on the shank behind the bead and then push the lead up on top of it to hold it in place - this can really help when you wrap over the lead by keeping it from deforming or sliding back.

Curious why you didn’t tie the white biots on the top of the fly (since it’s jigged) or is that so the fish can’t see that set either?
