I love when Rachel asked Ross if she could watch Ben that Monica gave Ross permission to agree, when she knew he was hesitating, by mouthing "Go ahead, I'll be here the whole time"
It was nice of Monica to let Ross be a good boyfriend by trusting Rachel as well as letting him know that since Rachel doesn't have a lot of baby experience Ben would be okay.
