I’ve been working on shallowing. This video cleared up some misconceptions. It’s awesome!!!

You are not kidding, this has rocked my world. This idea appears to be just what I have been looking for. This works so well for me on the driving range, can't wait to play my next game.

Thank you, thank you. I played today. This such a simple thing and yet, and yet; what an amazing change to my all my long clubs, especially the driver. Slice gone and so much more distance, 20 metres added to my driver, 3 wood is now as long as my driver used to be.

I’ve played golf for 30 years. I’ve been abow to get to scratch and even shoot several rounds in the 60’s. All along the way, the feel of the right arm movement is one I’ve never been able to figure out. I saw you discuss this in one of your livestreams awhile back and then I saw AMG video on this. Honestly, I’ve never pured so many shots so consistently in my life. This understanding of how the right arm works has to be one of the holy grails of the golf swing.

You are so right! Some of the teaching theories l had seen on YouTube hurt my back just watching it. It's crazy!

I think you just unlocked it for me. I can't wait to get out there on the range and try this.

Kyle. Do u still have any focus on even to a minor extent driving the elbow towards the ball? It’s such a heavy emphasis by many instructors.

Thanks a ton for the vid. Staying closed while dropping the hands is a completely game changer!!!Went to the range and it was nothing but outside in curves. Heaven

Great video and image on how to shallow the club Kyle. I seem to come down too steep and hit the ball on the upper portion of the club. This movement is definitely something I have to work on. Thanks very much. Keep up the good videos.

Over 60 years ago our club professional tried to teach me the same teaching in your video. Unfortunately he did not have the ability to communicate the same as you.
This video is one of the most important golf lessons in golf.
Congratulations on your ability to communicate.
Well done. I've been a believer in this golf lesson for the last 60 years

thank you so much for a thorough explanation on shallowing the club! Can you make a video on the follow through to add to this lesson? i noticed that my club shaft exits above the left shoulder rather low left intersecting the left bicep after i hit the ball.

I've fought over the top my entire life, and I've been at or near scratch for more than 40 years. Lately, I've battled some nagging minor injuries that had my scores and enthusiasm slipping. Your video was so simple that I nearly brushed it aside. It was a good thing I didn't. After about 15 shots while warming up for my next round, your explanation clicked. I went out and shot two under par, and hit some absolutely pure shots. Coincidence? No way! Thanks for a great lesson!

great video and very helpful in understanding how the shallowing actually works! How do you keep the angle of your right wrist though? When I bring the right arm down, for some reason I lose the angle in my wrist. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has this issue...any drills to help keep the wrist angle? Thanks!

kyle, whoa! i can't believe what a huge difference this shallowing move made for my swing action. i'm not sure exactly what i was doing before but with this simple idea and move the downswing seems automatic.

i stumbled into this by accident, and it was like nervina, but because I didn't realize what i had done, i lost it, at the time it felt like some sort of loop in my swing, this video gets me back on track with an understanding of what needs to be done...thanks for sharing...

I've borrowed a feel from Shawn Clement: I get to the top of the backswing and feel that I'm about to cast a fishing rod in the direction of a person standing on my target line on the trail side. I don't actually make the cast but my arms lower when I begin the transition to the downswing. So far it's working better than anything else I've tried. I'll see what success I can find with your technique.
