Mine flew away in a roller coaster and I thought I lost it until I heard this one guy screaming at me ..."i found it" holding my hijab!...😹😹...i couldn't thank him enough 🙏🙏🙏

Hijab flying off problem - when you go to Dubai parks and resorts they give hijabi women a hood to the over their hijab so it stops it from flying away. I would recommend that 👌🏻

I use to work at an amusement park on the roller coaster. The amount of stuff people lose is funny. At least two dozen phones, more credit cards than I can count.

If you ever want to scuba dive, we use neoprene hoods for cold water diving that I think would fit the bill as a hijab and not get in the way of your gear 🙂

As you can tell not a hijabi :) but love your videos. In cold climates (like mine in Scotland) wetsuit hood are the norm to protect against the cold, they cover the hair and neck so I'd say scuba diving is totally doable and wear a hijab, ( I then googled swimming hijabs, my browser algorithm must be so confused right now). I also watch bondi rescue quite a lot and visitors often swim in clothes, to be modest which is super dangerous as normal clothes take on water. Not sure how people globally can be informed that you can be modest and swim but you need swim specific clothing to do it.

I always make sure to take the hijab ends and wrap it around my neck in a knot when I go on roller coasters because not only can it fly off but also the ends can flap around and get tangled in something and that would be very dangerous

Me, I should totally offer my private beach to them. Like post online that Muslim women that wear hijab can come here without the risk of any mails being there, and then I realize that super creepy. Sometimes my will and want to help people is a little bit stronger than my common sense lmao

Omg, the rollercoaster thing reminds me of a Sister from my aunts convent. Their order is a strict one with habits and vows of poverty.

A rather young Sister, about 25, was a new teacher and going with the kids on a bus for a field trip. Obviously, like most US school buses, there was no a/c, so the windows were open. Her veil blew out the window on the highway!

The young Sister was panicked, trying to figure out what to do. Worse yet, they were on their way *to* the field trip, so there was a long day ahead.

One girl grabbed her cardigan and hastily handed it to the Sister to tie over her hair. It worked well enough for the day. But the funniest part? The sister had flaming red hair and the cardigan was bright purple. I’m told it was an “interesting” look, lol!
