I tried one on while I was working at my sephora. It does give that menthol touch. I personally got a citrus taste, as well as that scent. But it only came out when I put it on. Very soft on the lips, and not goopy.

I think that first shade is of the most interest based on viewing but it always changes when I see it in person. Not sure if I would buy though. This has just been done soooo many times. I want the lasting power of a stain with the moisturizing of a lip oil. The rare beauty stains well but the dryness it causes is unreal. The fenty is the same for me except it becomes goopy in the packaging and on the lips even with less product on. Bummer!! 😢
