Please advise. What is the best way to Clean a dow foot applicators. I love the look of a lip oil over a rich pigmented lipstick. I ultimately land up with lipstick transfer no matter how long I wait. All the methods I have tried dislarge the sponge from the applicators. I know you have a great suggestion.
