okay, but what your dad built is almost exactly like what my partner built when i asked him to make a house -- big modern mansion in sulani with full length glass window walls for most of it. i had to go in and add stairs for him. i saw your reno of your mom's in the gallery two days ago and i was tempted to add it to a new world i was building, but i wanted to see the video first haha. super super cute concept!

I like doing this thing where I ask my mum what her dream house would be (so location, size, colours, patterns, plants, extra random things, etc) and then building it in the sims and showing her around it afterwards. Maybe Kayla could try doing this? 😁❤️

I find it endearing that your parents both built something in the Sims without really knowing how to. I love how your mom put in a telescope for chances of death happening. On another note, your mom did a great job with her build! I can't wait to see your dad's build in closer view.

i love adding the little three or four tile bathrooms in my builds. extra toilet for little space. now, i didn’t see too many houses like that growing up but i definitely saw them. i believe the ppl that had them called them powder rooms? yk since they’re not a true bathroom, but that’s probably not the word for it.

Here in the UK bathrooms are tiny and regularly we have toilets under the stairs also try putting laundry in the Kitchen like we have in England and blow people's minds

I wouldve done a reno where the shell is the same and the items she chose are the same but you sort of fill in the gaps and add more detail and see what couldve been done
