I actually liked how big it was and the tiling in the kitchen….. like they were supplying a different vibe than your usual builds and of course they were some of the first things to go 😅

I wish there was more of a challenge. His house looked like those modern houses on grand design, with the dark colors, warm wood paneling and high roof. But the house is a completely new one. Unrecognizable. Keeping a color of walls isn’t really much. Doesn’t matter if “he didn’t know what he was doing” - being inspired by what he created is what would make this renovation interesting. This video could’ve just been called “Building a house in the sims”. :/

the inside of your dad's build immediately gave me sims1/sims2 vibes and it might be my own nostalgia speaking but I loved it a lot
