I don’t remember which of my science beauty babes it was but someone pointed out that color change pigments like this will NEVER work on darker skin because of the base color they’re starting out with. The way the chemistry works, it’s only ever going to darken by 2 or 3 shades. Because the brands want to use one base formula for all the products to make it consistent across the brand that they don’t really take into account the fact that it just won’t work to go that dark. Maybe some day there will be one that actually does work well enough but idk when we’ll see it 🤷

Honestly... I'm just surprised to see these things actually have pigment to them and that they don't just "adjust" to your skin tone by being transparent.
