(Tamil) BPO Jobs I 3 Qualities MUST HAVE for Freshers

A fresher wants to join in BPO - what are the expectation that a organization would expect from him.

Quality:
1. Communication - when a question is asked in interview - an exact answer is expected
2. You could answer in Tamil to the question without a delay - is only expected in Customer Service (inside Tamilnadu).
For a International BPO - answer to be in English and English is the most important factor. Accent is very important in English.

3. Physical Energy is also important because - you have to speak all through your shift and it is not just talking. Customers are talking about their pain points - so you have to handle them wisely.

Someone may even talk harsh or angry you have to handle them with patience. For that purpose, you need a robust physical energy.

Whether it is National or International BPOs - your work hours will come in shifts.

4. Patience. A devoted and dedicated patience is must. Also you have to attend 150 to 200 calls, but you have to maintain your patience throughout your day.
