You could also just change this in windows display settings itself. Just put your second monitor a bit higher/lower than your main monitor.

You can do this in windows settings too, littlebigmouse only advantage is that you can make the cursor the same size across all your screens

Fun fact you can do this in windows by dragging the screens in multiple screens selection

Commenters missing the point. I have 2 monitors, same solution, but screen size is different. Windows does not have an option for that. One is 32", the other 27". It's about a 2" drop that Windows does not account for.
