better tip get duck tap that has good friction put a good amount on your mouse then drag and you won’t have to waste too much tape

Honestly, i use that tape you can find in any store, that scotch tape and have a few lines of that sharpie stuff and it works well for me.

You don't have to use masking or packing tape. You can use regular tape and it worked for me
