America in the World: A History of U.S. Diplomacy and Foreign Policy

On January 29, 2021, the Honorable Robert B. Zoellick discussed his new book, America in the World: A History of US Diplomacy and Foreign Policy. A sweeping work of history and an insightful guide to US diplomacy past and present, the book serves as an informative companion and practical adviser on the strategic and immediate challenges of U.S. foreign policy during an era of transition. Among his many distinguished positions, Robert B. Zoellick served as the 11th president of the World Bank, and from 2006 to 2007. Zoellick served as Deputy Secretary of the US Department of State from 2005 to 2006, and was US Trade Representative from 2001 to 2005. He also held several positions in the Reagan and George H. W. Bush administrations: Under Secretary of State, Counselor to the Secretary of Treasury, and Deputy Chief of Staff at The White House.
