I bought my phone in Lithuania, It was officially unblocked to the Lithuanian SIM card in Samsung store, so that I could freely use it in the Russian Federation. But the region remained as before, Baltika and Samsung Pay did not work.

Thanks to your instruction, having with me the Russian SIM card, I managed to change the region while being in Vilnius.

And I can't use samsung pay india with upi feature and my idea sim is not working its not taking incoming call but internet is perfectly working and my devices doesn't have volte...
