I just purchased Rebelle 7 when it was heavily discounted and am not looking back.

Definitely one of the downsides of Krita's brush engine, I spent so much time trying to make a custom soft brush that'll behave properly but it's just impossible currently. Still workable but takes extra effort.

Btw, your transform/move was more performant in Photoshop because you can't copy paste the group as is from Krita to Photoshop, you actually copy it as a single layer. But yeah Krita's transform/move tool is sluggish by nature.
