Billy forces Arthur to do his work for him. Billy invites the class to his graduation party thinking he is going to graduate. However, Billy thought he can get away with graduation but the teacher Mrs Henry tricks her students because she didn’t want Billy to turn in his book report as he didn’t write it. When it was time to do a presentation, Billy attempts to read from his paper and when he actually presented, he stopped and stuttered. Mrs Henry saw red flags in Billy and confirmed to him that he didn’t write his book report, it was actually Arthur that wrote the Book report. Billy didn’t graduate so Mrs. Henry ended up ripping his graduation invitation and gave Billy an invitation slip to the principal’s office.
