Plumber here, I use the heck out of this mini grinder - it's great for all thread, stainless steel toilet bolts, cuts in tight spaces under buildings / attics etc...

It’s good for thicker sheet metal work, but strut should be cut with a bandsaw. I think there’s an actual strut cutter that’s coming up too, but band works great.

Had one a while now - totally worth it. I use it to cut trunking conduit uni strut tops of consumer units everything really. Love the forward or reverse settings so you don’t get covered in flack!

Stalls too much. I returned it for a dewalt 20v. Best decision i made. Makita has a new 18v out now. Seems only a little weaker than dewalt but I love makitas

5" angle ginder would cut through like butter. I do shit loads of unistrut work and thats my go to method.

This thing is great. I use it for tile and vanity sills with a diamond blade, resilient channel and railings with a metal one, siding and strapping with the cut-anything blade. Fantastic for the size. So many uses.
