Man, it's about time.
If movies don't pick you for their soundtrack yet, I am going to, well, not be happy.

I'm in film school right now and I just finished my first script. If i ever become a real screenwriter or director you are going to be the first one I call to work on the score.

The Giantslayer and the Giant stand side-by-side in the Giant's final moments as the rain falls, washing clean their wounds. As he bleeds out however, this world phases from The Giant's view. The vast graveyard of his race vanishes from his sight, and the Giant once again glimpses a world prosperous, populated by his race once again, the graveyard now a garden where his people roam freely in a new world. A world where giants belong. Much to his surprise, the Giantslayer is among them, standing tall. The Giant smiles as his breath starts to escape him, joyful: he sees in this final delusion a prophecy of the return of his race, someday, and that the Giantslayer would play a part in it. He turns to the Giantslayer, smiling as the raindrops fall on his face mixed with his tears and continues smiling. The Giantslayer soon realizes the Giant is dead. His race now extinct, his story ended. But the Giantslayer can't shake off the feeling that some shred of hope existed in the Giant's last smile, and that he'd have to play his part in it.

The Giant dies, but Zack Hemsey's music lives on.

This is so ambient. Keep up the good work.

And so this is it. The giant watches his last moments briefly pass by...and all that he did in his life flash in his mind in less than a second...and as the giant dies...the hunter experiences sorrow, sadness, depression, and pensiveness.

This is it? This is the end? People always told me life is short but damn... how exactly short? This giant collapsed under the pressure of ... time.

The Giant, after having fought valiantly, falls. He's going to join his family, his friends, his people. The Giantslayer, grinning, observes him fading away.
The Giant is peaceful, he did his part. He fought the tyrant and did his best. He defended the memory of his race, the graves of his parents. The men thought of him as a monster. Let's see how they deal with their new king, this cocky GiantSlayer.
As he's going to let himself slip away from this world, he ears the triumphal roar of his killer, and it awakes the last part of anger in his heart... but his body is too weak, and he closes his eyes one last time.

I am the last of the giants,
my people are gone from the earth.
The last of the great mountain giants,
who ruled all the world at my birth.
Oh the smallfolk have stolen my forests,
they’ve stolen my rivers and hills.
And the’ve built a great wall through my valleys,
and fished all the fish from my rills.
In stone halls they burn their great fires,
in stone halls they forge their sharp spears.
Whilst I walk alone in the mountains,
with no true companion but tears.
They hunt me with dogs in the daylight,
they hunt me with torches by night.
For these men who are small can never stand tall,
whilst giants still walk in the light.
I am the LAST of the giants,
so learn well the words of my song.
For when I am gone the singing will fade,
and the silence shall last long and long
