I bought a pair of Viking Arms. They work really well, and have a slow release button. The right button makes it go all the way down. The left button drops it about 1/4". They're expen$ive, though ($200 each).

I bought another pair from Amazon with the same features. They work, sorta. They're not as smooth and sometimes don't come down right. They're also a lot more flimsy.

DeWalt now makes one that looks very nice, for $100. I played with one at the BORG and it worked very well. Don't buy it there, though. They want $120.
