I have watched the videos this morning about the safety and respect. Some customers falsely accused drivers for minor issues.

I just discovered this phone, my ride feature. And my mom really worries about me. Using these gig apps. And she is ecstatic that now. She will always know where I'm at. And then I am okay. I'm 40 years old, but everybody knows how Mother's are they like to know even their adult children are safe. I am a very independent woman but I still love and respect my mother.

Had a bad experience with an Uber driver in San Juan 3-17-24. The driver spoke adequate English when I got into his car, but he stated he didn't know where the pier was for the Norwegian Viva.
After my husband pulled out his phone and started using his GPS and helped guide the uber driver to the pier, The driver tried to make us pay him cash after he drove us around allegedly not knowing where he was going. We are from Chicago and know that weak game.
