great topic, great vid.
individualism and collectivism are diametrically opposed. the individual is the base unit, not the group. understanding what is right and wrong and therefore how to treat others.. is not in any way collectivist. really, it's just more individualism.

the word freedom is defined by its etymology. whether self-proclaimed anarchists agree about what it means or not is really is beside the point. most historical/academic anarchists see anarchism as another system, when it's not. the most radical of anarchists, those who are truest to what it really means, have been kept out of the spotlight very much on purpose.
anarchism, as we know, means "no rulers" and is the logical result of understanding the golden principle. treat others as you'd like to be treated.
