There's a few things wrong with this.

1. "Rejection of the state" is a superficial interpretation of Anarchism's core. Anarchists do reject the state, but this is specifically because they reject hierarchical social relations, of which the state is just one (albeit a highly significant one).
2. It is for this very reason that "anarcho-capitalists" are not anarchists. Like anarchists, they want to abolish the state, but not because it's hierarchical. Otherwise they'd oppose capitalism and private property too. They simply don't want the state 'stealing' taxes while wishing to maintain capitalism and private property. The implications of this are monstrous and are utterly incompatible with Anarchism as an ideology.
3. This piece is presented as if Anarchism is a spectrum with communists at one side and capitalists at the other. But Anarchism has always been a socialist ideology given it holds that workers should control the means of production. This is precisely what happened during the Anarchist Revolution in Spain in 1936-7, for instance.

seems like you are conflating anarchism with anti-authoritarianism
I am a pro welfare state anarcho syndicalist, if the state could be replaces with a network of unions I think most anarchists will accept. what you say about anarcho kapitalism that they are bound by social contracts sounds very anti free market and pro unions. So this is inconsonant
And also anarchism states very little about ownership and more about the rights to use.
Also most anarchists deny the prefix "anarcho"kapitalism because it is in many ways anti anarchist with the core tenents of not taking freedom at the cost of others
