Is this a product that should not be blender mixed?

I'm sure it's fine but I have noticed some pre/post gym mixes suggest against it because their products may be effervescent or contain certain ingredients that should only be stirred.

I have a Kitchen Ninja Auto IQ blender. (Best thing I've ever bought short of my VitaMix blender)
Anyway, I normally just put in 8 ounces of water, 1 scoop Pre Jym, handful of ice, blend for 10 seconds, then I have a Pre Jym that is like 'watery' version Italian water ice. Add enough ice and it is just like a thick Squishee at the Kwik-E-Mart sold by Apu.

Hey Jim, is there any negatives to mixing my PRE, PRO, and POST JYM in a VitaMix? Would I still need to let it sit as long? Thanks for the great supplements.
