A trip to Hong Kong would not be complete without some dim sum, and this time, I tried out a couple different experiences. I went for old fashioned traditional dim sum at Lin Heung Tea House and then for fancy luxury dim sum at Yan Toh Heen.

I'm not a person who will generally choose luxury over traditional, in fact, some of the best food experiences I have ever had were out in the street stalls. But after seeing that Luxury Dim sum, I have to admit, I would choose that any day over traditional. Considering however that I could never guiltlessly splurge in such an expensive meal I have to live the experience through you! Awesome video as always Mike Chen! Here's to many more!
