I was told by a P.A. that i was just getting old and i lived a hard life with a smile on his face and he said thiers nothing i can do but rest. 3 months later i was diagnosed with polymyositis. Its been 2 years now and im still in hell, Thanks American Medicine.

Thank you for sharing your story. Would you be able to share what the "special test" was that you had done to verify Myositis?

you had all these test done until you had this one special test done, wouldn't it be a good thing to tell your viewers what that test was so others don't have to run around like you did and could ask their doctors to perform that test.

So what was the test that confirmed your diagnosis? I've literally had 100s of blood tests. Cat scan. Mri. Spinal taps. I've been begging my doctor to do biopsies but now this lady is saying that even a biopsies still can't confirm anything? Im at my wits end.😢
