announcer says it was "the second guy." The announcer is full of it. That was a cheap head shot.

As a Spartan alum, this is probably the worst time in our football history. Mel Tucker, last year's assault cases, general terrible play and being undisciplined. It's embarrassing to be a Spartan

I’m not surprised. It’s who they are. If not twisting Denard’s head it, tunnel attack and now this.

Remember when Michigan State bitched about not wanting to play because they were worried abiut their guys getting injured?

Really represents their program. They had more ejections than they had scoring plays.

Man forgot to wait till they were in the tunnel.

I feel bad for the players on the team who have not quit mentally or physically, and who play the right way. This perfect example of low (or NO) impulse control hurts the team and makes the entire team look bad.

MSU Interim President: we fear for the safety of our players....

The absolute stupidity of the announcer trying to excuse this thuggish behavior by saying, "It's always the second guy who gets caught." There was no "funky block", or any other action on the part of the Michigan player to initiate this kind of violence.

The way Brown looks, that is likely the first time all semester he has used his head...

Judging by the crowd, it sounds like the game was in Ann Arbor

I keep saying it: there is a cultural problem at Michigan State's athletic department. Football players convicted of rape, D'Antonio leaves under a cloud, Larry Nassar molesting female athletes for who knows how long, players beating a Michigan player with their helmets, Mel Tucker's scandal, and this is just another symptom.

Why’d he pop the Michigan player like that?? That was totally unnecessary. I guess he was angry that Michigan State was in a 35-0 hole so he had to take the anger out on someone

Michigan State had this ass whoopin coming for a whole year

As a Michigan fan I think this was clearly an accident. The way he put all of his body weight and force into driving his helmet into the back of the head of a defenseless player was just him slipping while trying to help the defender up.

A lineman wearing long sleeves and a hoodie was flagrant enough

Worse than when gronk gave a guy a concussion just because he was salty the pats turned it over. Shouldnt even be allowed back on the field for weeks after displaying such immaturity.
