This is my song. Walking home alone to an empty house after a few drinks. No family. Just me alone with memories of the past from bygone days when the world was a much better place. I dedicate this song to all the lonely & broken hearts out there. Just like myself ❤

Song lyrics:
"I talk to the trees
But they don't listen to me
I talk to the stars
But they never hear me

The breeze hasn't time
To stop and hear what I say
I talk to them all in vain

But suddenly my words
Reach someone else's ear
At someone else's heart strings too

I tell you my dreams
And while you're listening to me
I suddenly see them come true

I can see us some April night
Looking out across a rollin' farm
Having supper in the candlelight
Walking later, arm in arm

Then I'll tell you how I pass the day
Thinking mainly how the night would be
Then I'll try to find the words to say
All the things you mean to me

I tell you my dreams
And while you're listening to me
I suddenly see them come true"

You see, in this world, there is two kinds of people, my friend: those who can sing on westerns movies and those who can't.

The trees listen to me when I talk to them. It doesn't hurt to try though, Sylvester.

Our God is a Jealous God.. He created Man in his image.. and he expects Man to be like Him.. Amen “I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.”

For some reason this reminds me of "Jean" by Oliver, 1969.

Clint Eastwood ("Pardner") and Lee Marvin ("Ben Rumson") do their own singing in this movie! Sure, it's kind of silly at times, but I think the movie is kind of sad, adventurous, melancholy, and rowdy, all at the same time! Check out Harve Presnell ("Rotten Luck Willie") as he sings a haunting and melodic song "They Call The Wind Mariah". To me, this is a really good movie! Clint Eastwood also songs "Gold Fever", as this movie is about gold mining in The West. Clint sure did look handsome, but I'll take Harve Presnell any day!!!

If the Lord Hated Art.. He would have destroyed Man long ago. “I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.”

I like his voice better in the songs he sang to the cattle to put them to sleep at night when he was rowdy hahaha

Tree 1: I'm not listening to any more of this!
Tree 2: Yeah, let's leaf. Oh, boy.
Tree 3: Man, that turkey talks ragtime.
Tree 4: Blah blah blah!
