The nuts means you have the best possible hand with the community cards
e.g. the flop is A 7 Q, the turn is 2, the river is Q
the nuts are the remaining queens

Is the dealer playing, because it sure sounds that way as it is being explained and any game I see professionally dealt the dealer does not play-sorry if it is a stupid question, I have not had the advantage of seeing a live game
