Sounds like my husband. He has spent the money faster then he made it, his ex girlfriend helped also spend it. He declared bankruptcy twice. Got upset with me when i said I won't marry you til he was out of debr, he ce the second bankruptcy. I have a debit card and if places wont accept it i dont shop there. Always lived within means as a single mom. We never had alot but had alot of love and restraint not to buy on credit or as my dad said 25% more each month if u dont pay bill in full

Idk. I’m poor, always have been. The most amount of money I’ve ever spent on one purchase was $2, 500 for my car’s downpayment. I’ve never seen my bank accounts over $5k hell I don’t think I’ve ever held $5k in cash. I have a 14 month old son and a loving wife. I just don’t understand in the slightest how you’d spend that much… for one thing her mortgage is less than my rent, second we make about $35k a year, and third we are always broke but at least we eat and have a car under our feet and roof over our heads. I seriously could not imagine $150k a year, I know it’s not a ton but even that amount is unimaginable to me. Honestly I can’t even fathom spending $200k a year, I don’t even know how I would. If i made $150k a year, My family and I could spend a additional $10k a year and live comfortably, that’s a small emergency fund and vacation for us, that’s half the years rent, that’s a new car, that’s a custom PC for everyone in my house, that’s a investment, that’s all I need. The other $100k? Savings, all savings, after taxes of course. I’d spend 3 years saving and buy a cheap home to fix up for my family….. I’m a highchool drop out, smart yes, but little to know formal education. And I 100% could manage my money better than her. You make $150k and your You could have given me $10k and I would have used it to make my family’s life better, and you waste $200k a year!!!! How?!?!!! On what!?!?! And why!?!?!
