Sir, in our class we have learned that in sec 182 giving loan to directors and giving any guarantee of them is forbiden.. but it applies on only non-executive directors not on executive and bank sector.. am i right? Kindly guide me sir.. this concept is messing me up as what i've learned is some some different from urs.. penalties are cleared.

Private company me minimum 2 director hona chahye agar company ne 2 director appoint/elect kye tab ham kis trah allocate karenge independent executive and non executive director ko ?? Ya phir ye requirement jo aapne btai hai ye listed company ki hai? Kindly clear karden sir is baat ko

Can we say nominated person is an agent and he will act according to the will of the person who nominated him. In case of death of the person who nominated person will become owner and his responsibility is to distribute shares accordingly.
