When do lake trout start to spawn? Specific temperature?

They’re invasive in our waters and I tried to figure them out last fall, so going to try again this upcoming fall.

Do they spawn in late fall like they do in the states or do they just spawn in September thanks?

It's a Char, not a trout.
Also they spawn from early September to mid November. It's not like it's a set week.
Some nice fish though.
