Honestly, I've watched Stafford for 10 years. He's never played this way. You can see it in every move, he's putting a ton of pressure on himself and he's totally crumbling right now. The past two games, he's made throws and choices I've never seen him do. Forcing throws he would never do. Idk if they've had their bye week yet, but Stafford needs to go into a fricking spa or sensory deprivation tank and hit that reset button. As a Lions fan that has lost for years, this is the worse I've seen Stafford play. And for the people that say "oh, that's how he's always been". That's so false. His numbers the last two games have been terrible. These are not his typical numbers. In LA or when he was in Detroit. He is totally off his game.

What’s being missed by almost everyone is the likelihood that Stafford is hiding an injury, and has been for a few weeks now. Its his back, which has been bothering him for years. I’ve watched Stafford long enough to know that he runs straight for the end zone 9 out of 10 times in that situation, and just slides down for a couple yards otherwise. He would never make the kind of play we see here unless he was already in pain and not wanting the defender to even touch him.
