Nice vid! I updated my Io build for League Of Legends players with some of the info from this video. I'm happy to see that the item and ability builds were very similar, i hadn't added glimmer cape before or seen the power of locket early.
My favorite IO pairing is alchemist, since he's already hard to kill but now it's insane. Also, low base attack time pairs well with bonus attack speed.

Your idea for the innate for IO is great!

I would add/describe it: IO can tether to any watcher, instantly, neutralizing or capturing it. Doing so will apply a 5 second True Sight and/or (?) Flying Sight to the watchers radius.

I certainly graduated. Great video! I wanted to play IO for a long time but had very little knowledge on how to play the hero properly so I only used it while stacking with friends in very few occasions.
