Im received HyperOS 1.01.0 India for My Redmi Note 11T 5G 8/128 GB today and encountered some issues. You hope I'll fix them soon. Here are the issues:

1. The phone's speed has slowed down by 50%.
2. The camera operates very slowly with frame drops.
3. When closing the control panel, battery icons, single bar, and all blink.
4. The control panel opens very slowly at times.
5. Some apps freeze when launched.
6. The camera quality has degraded.
7.When select a button mode in navigation type, the touch interface does not work below the navigation buttons. However, when you select gesture mode, it works properly. Please fix this issue.

After 2 weeks of using MIUI with Xiaomi's Hyperion OS, I'd like to share my experience with it. First of all, the permissions that you grant to apps, either manually or automatically, constantly change without your knowledge, causing apps to malfunction.

Second, Hyperion OS has numerous bugs in the menu and gallery, which come and go, leading to a laggy user experience.

Third, some apps that used to work are now incompatible for unknown reasons, so you should find alternatives (like the Google Calculator).

In my opinion, Hyperion OS still has a long way to go before becoming a reliable daily driver ROM. MIUI seems to be a better option currently. Alternatively, you could try custom ROMs like Project Elixir or Pixel Experience for a smoother experience.
