For the dip make something with a lemony tang to it. Lemon and asparagus go together so well and with all that parmesan and breadcrumbs you want something acidic and light to complement it. Start with a base of lemon juice or lemon zest and mayo and taste and season from there.

You don't need to chop off that much of the asparagus at the ends. Maybe 1/2 to 1 inch. It's a pervasive kitchen myth.

My problem is it looked like you added at least a tsp of salt if not a tablespoon. Then you added parm cheese, which has a good amount of salt and bread crumbs that has salt as well. The recommended daily amount for an adult is one tsp. ONE TSP. So if I want to eat all 7 spears of asparagus, plus the dip which has salt, it's around 4 days worth of sodium intake for some asparagus. That doesn't include the rest of what you eat throughout the day... Everyone is over salting EVERYTHING. The parm has enough salt alone to carry the asparagus. Food for thought.

Not the best idea to do in the bag most of that panko and seasoning stays in there!! But honestly thank you for the recipe ❤️‍🔥🙏🏽

You can feel the right place to cut--below it's woody and stiff; above it's softer and green to the tip.
Measure one and cut them all that long.

Fancy with the ziplock. I save those for week long food. This stuff gets a freezer bag if i just got paid. My hands 99% of the time mix. 👍
