I like suits and I get treated better when wearing them.

I prefer a uniform. In my job you can get dirty. I don't have to pay to replace work clothes.
Office attire is different.
You should look presentable you are representing your company.
I'm old school. I dont think a 3 piece suit is necessary, dress pants, dress shirt, tie and jacket. While in the office take your jacket off.
Women can wear a pants suit or dress.
Used to be said about school students. When they dress appropriately they do better in school.
If you dress like a bum you have that mind set.

Back in the Seventies I was stationed in W. Germany. One morning about 8:00AM I was returning to my apartment and passed a young woman going in the opposite direction, she was wearing a see-through skirt and blouse with cellophane panties and bra. The posture said she was probably an office worker possibly a secretary. At that time it was perfectly acceptable, however every thing was on display. Nobody on the street cared.

Saw a worker yesterday (female secretary worker) she sat in her chair with both legs up... the other girl was wearing clothes like she's in the mall wearing leggings. Sexual stuff! At work and women still tell why men approach them...

People of all races would get along so much better if we all wore business dress attire all the time. Imagine walking down the street and everyone was dressed in formal clothes.

The suit and tie is an arbitrary fashion that has become effectively compulsory. It is now a signal of virtue in the extreme. The outer uniform reflects the inner mental uniformity of conformity to the status quo. We think we do it because it's just the way it is, but we fail to understand that it is also the way it is because we keep expecting and doing it. It's a mindless cycle of unquestioning obedience, which is a very dangerous precedent for life if we truly are interested in Freedom. Freedom is choice; no choice equals no freedom. The tie is a metaphorical leash around the neck. It's all over, guys. The old establishment is crumbling under the weight of truth. Now that we have access to many points of view, the single point of view monopolised by legacy media is gone, and the conservatives are about to throw the mother of all tantrums with a massive resurgence of right-wing government. I can see it developing! We all know what happened last time in Germany, though, right?
