I'm in Oregon and I'm having a hiccup with most counties. It seems there isn't any over the counter deed sales and the sheriff's department has taken over. An auction coming up in Yamhill county lists a house going up for 190k.. how is that possible if it's a tax deed sale? It seems like the rules are changing and the counties are getting greedy.
