I didn't know it's because of the misinterpretation of a signal. Still it's pretty cool I can sneeze on command.

WHAT, that is so cool!!! :D my grandpa and my mom and more of my family just call those the "morning sneezes." It's fantastic to learn there is science behind them, instead of just 'being allergic to the Sun, ' like we would joke. Thank you Katie! ^^

Holy Hell! I wish I could like this 10 times. Iv'e wondered for years why if I look up at the sun I sneeze 3 times every time. I'm filing a disability claim tomorrow.

ppl always gave me funny looks growing up when I'd tell them to look at a bright light if they were having trouble sneezing

My dad and I both have this. Comes in handy tho never get sneezes stuck for long lol

I'm pretty sure I read or watched that this is actually caused by a genetic mutation

I've never heard of light making you sneeze :o

I used to call it "allergic to sun" until I've found out there was a proper term.
