Why are people so confused about this? The delay is because the sound is based on the arrow's movement, when it reaches the province you clicked on it does the sound.

oh my god this was bothering me SO MUCH, i usually do pretty warfare heavy campaigns so it became noticeable to me very quickly, glad there's a fix

Like other people said it might the arrow reaching the target, could ask signify your army is movement locked (idk if that’s still a thing, haven’t tried ck3).

That delay appeared after legends of the dead, i noticed this at the dlc release, and it's been driving me crazy

Actualy it is quite noticable if you are chasing a army i thought that it was the sound of the ENGAGE order.

oh I did notice. I just thought my PC is too old and slow to give CK3 what it needs to perform well.
