That inlaid wood box at the beginning was a blast from the past. In the 1960s those were classic stash boxes for the hippies. Husband and I had several.

The Horsman Company was the premiere doll manufacturing company in the United States starting in the mid to late 19th century and dominated the doll-making industry for well over a century. The E. I. Horsman Company was established in 1865 by Edward Imeson Horsman, Sr

I like the free hands but Ashley is still doing the lifting. Great to see you back. Hope the Vegas trip was successful.

Yes, I'd love to buy the Mickey Drawing Machine! I am thinking that "Mike" was the son of the two people in the black and white photo you found at the beginning. Probably graduated in 1972, the yearbook is probably from his senior year. And his mother could have given him an angel ornament each year. The bronze shoes were probably his as well, that was a popular thing to do in the 50's and 60's.

Great job getting a Go-Pro. It is hands-free though...you can move heavy boxes instead of leaving it to Ashley. God bless her!

Remember Wade someday someone might be going thru the things you kept in your life time. The items here are telling a life story.

I still use that green Tupper ware. It is a celery keeper. Works great.

I remember as a kid flying for the first time. The flight attendant showed us how to play "Go Fish." She led us up to the cockpit one at a time to meet the pilots mid flight. It was the first time flying for us three kids and we had an amazing time. This was 1969. My sister and i were 5, and my brother was 4. We were scared to death. The flight crew was awesome. ❤

Wow! Wade, you really are young! That Stella-Rose purse pocket was for glasses, not a cell phone.

Now that you're hands free, why is your wife still picking up the boxes and moving them?

The Scottish feathers might be a cockade for a bonnet. Do check because the attachment might be silver with a semi-precious stone from Scotland. If it is, it could be surprisingly valuable, well above scrap value.

I believe the piece of furniture that you are using as a table is a Marths Washington sewing cabinet. They are a very pricing piece of sewing furniture.
Yes, I used a paper map a lot of times. I was my dad's navigator.

It’s a good thing you have grandma, she’s old enough to know what a lot of these things are!

I know this video was from three months ago, but I had to tell you I got a little laugh at the “cell phone “ holder you said the leather purse had. It’s for glasses or sunglasses. Portable cellphones were literally the size and weight of a brick in the 80’s. We did have “car phones” but no little cellphones. 😁

I picked up one of these Drawing Lights over 46 years ago at a yard sale. I transferred a photograph of my son on to T-shirt. He will be 48 in March. I still have the T-shirt. Two of my grandsons have worn that shirt. Great memory.
