Lord, it is ridiculous that falling over "causes" miscarriage in these dramas. But getting hit by a car is nothing, and if a female psychopath falls off a skyscraper, she can "recover" in a day...without medical attention. But being outside for a few minutes in wind or rain causes a fever bad enough to be hospitalized.
