I can see him as like a side character that's always with the protagonist but never does anything until like the end of the series where they face someone who's so strong that they can't do anything to him and then he walks up to him and oneshots him

Bad Power Idea: Cloning people but you need to write a 5 pages essay to do it. Everytime you want to clone someone you have to thoroughly learn about the person to do it. You have to learn their Blood Type, Upbringing, Education, Medical history litterally all of it. And if you miss a few details you just get like a slightly off version of them. So if you try to clone Abraham Lincoln and you fail you get like a really short version of him that works at Macy's
