z=4-x^2-y^2 describes a paraboloid with its vertex at 4, not 2?

Why can't the limits of y (rectangular coordinates) be 0 to 2 (the same way x was)?

sir, cant u just set the upper limit of integration dz in cylindrical coordi to 2? like u did with dx?
