Great video. I have a fluval 110 for years and love it but moved to a new house and power goes out a lot and it doesn't self prime. Luckily I have been home.

As soon as my BB gets good a rooted, about the time it's ready to change those carbon filled filters, I replace them with regular sponges that you buy to wash dishes with..they last longer, they don't clog as often...you're gonna really like this filter...I like the hob better than the canister

I might have to pick up one of those Aqueon QuietFlow filters... My Aqua Clear 50 just randomly stopped working for no reason. I unplugged it to do a water change and when I plugged it back in... nothing. I wound up replacing it with my old LOUD Top Fin filter that I hate.

Great hob I think. Plenty of room for media. I don't use the bio grid in front because it floods my aqueon hood. Go figure. But filter is nice, better then some other options out there.

I Really like that bio media grid. I have one of the older versions of this filter and it definitely does quiet the water .. however i do find it restricts it a bit once the filters become a little dirty. WITH that said they may have also improved on the impeller and how that performs. I'm curious to hear your thoughts in a month or so. ALOHA Bruddah. Great video .. also Aloha baby peacocks!
